Extended Project Account: Four-Site Rollout in Gyeonggi

Client: Regional agricultural cooperative converting unused storage buildings

The cooperative had secured four buildings through a government repurposing programme but lacked electrical engineering staff. Panel Sequoiahub conducted sequential site visits, measuring ambient conditions during both heating and cooling seasons.

The deployment report allocated 38 miners to the largest site (strongest grid connection), 32 to a second site with existing industrial ventilation, and split the remainder between two smaller buildings with supplemental fan installations recommended. A relocation schedule allowed seasonal movement of twelve units from the humid riverside site to an inland location during summer months.

Outcome: All four sites reached target hashrate within six weeks of hardware installation. The cooperative reported a 12% reduction in cooling costs compared to their initial self-designed layout.

Extended Project Account: Factory Conversion in Ulsan

Client: Independent operator leasing a former textile factory floor
Challenge: Determine whether the 1,200 m² space could support a 0.08 TH/s per unit fleet without structural modification
Engagement: Site feasibility assessment + equipment selection review

Our engineer documented floor load capacity from building records and confirmed the reinforced sections could support standard rack configurations. The feasibility memo recommended against placing racks near the south-facing wall due to afternoon temperature spikes measured at 34°C ambient in August.

The operator selected two miner models from our comparison report, prioritising units with the lowest recovery time after power interruptions — a frequent occurrence in the industrial zone.

Outcome: The operator commissioned 64 units and has operated without thermal shutdowns for eleven months. They noted the initial report’s noise assessment helped them position racks away from the shared wall with a neighbouring tenant.
