What Affects Your Estimate
Site count. Deployment planning scales with the number of locations. A four-site plan across Jeolla and Gyeonggi provinces requires more travel than a two-site plan within Incheon.
Hardware complexity. Mixed ASIC and GPU fleets require separate thermal modelling. Pure ASIC deployments are faster to assess.
Urgency. Standard turnaround is three to five weeks for deployment plans. Rush delivery within ten business days incurs a 40% surcharge if engineer availability permits.
Season. Site visits during July and August (peak humidity) may require extended data logging, adding ₩400,000 per site for the extra monitoring period.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit upon engagement confirmation
- 50% upon report delivery
- Bank transfer in KRW to our Incheon business account (details provided in engagement letter)
What Is Not Included
Hardware purchase, electrical contracting, permit applications, and ongoing monitoring are outside our scope. We provide planning documents and equipment recommendations; implementation remains your responsibility or your contractor’s.
